Shooter or Shoo Bug as she is lovingly called here, is Marg's full sister out of the litter that has amazed me with each and every event. Thank God I didn't listen when told that I shouldn't have done the breeding.
You will notice that Shooter, called Freckles as puppy, has lots and lots of ticking. A little distracting in the show ring but very correct and actually hints back at the heelers that were breed into the Cardigan breed centuries ago.
Alec started calling her Shoo Bug as yelling Shooter in the herding pens just doesn't sound right. A cuddler, teaching bad habits to her nieces and nephews and constantly on the look out for something to herd. Definately keeps you on your toes.
Shooter's daughter out of her only litter received her AKC and UKC championships in 2011. Check out Pete's page for more photos and information.
Shooter, know known as Sugar, is living the easy life of retirement with Colleen, her family and 1/2 brother Murphy in WI. She enjoys barking at the passing cars, frapping with Murphy and herding lessons!
